Inside the Hall

The Memorial Hall has been consistently improved over recent years. This year there has been an extension to the kitchen area with a brand new kitchen and equipment installed. The hall floor has also been replaced. There is also disabled toilets, baby changing facilities, changing rooms with showers, heating in all rooms and a full complement of furniture.

 

Outside the Hall

Outside the Hall are ample parking areas (including disable spaces) and, if required addtional car parking on the adjacent village field. All this within a protected woodland setting.

FAQ's

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes – tickets can be purchased securely online via this link.

Where are tickets available locally?

Tickets can only be bought online via SKIDDLE.

Can I bring sparklers to the event?

No – we ask that no sparklers or fireworks are brought to the event for safety reasons.

Is alcohol allowed?

No – we ask that no alcohol be brought to the event. There is also no alcohol on sale.

Where can I park?

There is secure parking at the University, which is a safe 0.8 mile walk from Summer Lane.

Limited disabled parking is available from 5PM. Disabled parking is within the road closure area. It must be approached from Chestfield via Hackington Rd or Blean via Tyler Hill Road. Please see the marshalls for advice on the evening.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

This is a rare occurrence, but if it does happen we will put a notice on this website and on social media. SKIDDLE will refund your ticket price.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds will not be given if you change your mind. However, please refer to Skiddle for further advice.
