Parking
Parking is available at the University, a 0.8 mile walk from Summer Lane. Roads are closed (from 5.00pm) to ensure a safe walk to our event.
For Car Parking Follow What Three Words
Rutherford -Darwin road. Use: stables.tiptoes.quits
Giles lane. Use: constrain.handrail.roses
Both parking locations are approximately 16 minute walk .
Additional carparks are free to use throughout the university however, the walk is longer.
Once parked aim for Tyler Hill Memorial Hall. What Three Words: firepower.strictly.highs
Disabled Parking
Limited disabled parking is available from 5PM. Disabled parking is within the road closure area. It must be approached from Chestfield via Hackington Rd or Blean via Tyler Hill Road. Please see the marshalls for advice on the evening.
There is no parking in and around the village including the main Hackington Road. Please do not move the cones. This is to ensure that Police, ambulance etc. can get through in case of an emergency.
Buses
From Canterbury Town Centre there are buses 9provided by Stagecoach) available to Darwin College and follow the crowds to the Village.

Can I buy tickets online?
Yes – tickets can be purchased securely online via this link.
Where are tickets available locally?
Tickets can only be bought online via SKIDDLE.
Can I bring sparklers to the event?
No – we ask that no sparklers or fireworks are brought to the event for safety reasons.
Is alcohol allowed?
No – we ask that no alcohol be brought to the event. There is also no alcohol on sale.
Where can I park?

What happens if the event is cancelled?
This is a rare occurrence, but if it does happen we will put a notice on this website and on social media. SKIDDLE will refund your ticket price.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds will not be given if you change your mind. However, please refer to Skiddle for further advice.
